I attended similar course from Mobius Institute in 2010, in Singapore. For newbie like me, I was really overwhelmed by all the information. I managed to pass the exam but didn't make myself a vibration analyst in one week.

After the course, by doing service jobs, all the theories helped a lot. It's a good to have certification. Cheers!
