Reply to "What is the Rice Purity Test?"

The Rice Purity Test is a self-assessment survey developed at Rice University in the 1980s. The test consists of 100 questions that assess a person's level of "purity" or life experience, related to sexual behavior, drug and alcohol use, and many other life experiences. Participants will select the experiences they have had, and their scores reflect their level of purity, with 100 indicating that they have had few experiences and 0 indicating that they have had many experiences, some of which could be considered less pure. While the test is often used for fun and to promote bonding among students, the scores do not define a person's character or morality.
