Being an industrial engine it only gets its air flow through the radiator by the engine fan. If there is a viscous coupling driving the fan then it may have failed and you are getting no or very little air flow. You may have a faulty head gasket or damaged head- do a cylinder compression test with a high pressure test kit. There may also be signs of oil in the coolant.
