3cyl. engine timing belt design considering vibratiopn

hi am an Automotive design engineer.
i am in the of process development of 3cyl. inline engine.
i am not success full in the timing belt design, since there is unknow engine dynamics which makes the tensioner to move from its position and causes the valve stamping.

can any body share thier experience if any on dyamics of unit pump driven by camshaft and its effect on timing system
