For the high viscosity oil, How to suction from a barrel and filtration and fill to the tank.
I have get a priblem in my works. For a central lubrication system, the oil is CLP 680,very high viscosity. and my city is very cold. in winter the ambient temperature is about 10 degree. how to suction the oil from the barrel and through a 40 um filter and fill into the tank?
PLS help, tank you for your any experience in advance.

The only solution I can think of is HEAT. At 10 degrees any ISO 680 lubricant is going to flow like honey and is will be very difficult to pump. Your lubricant storage tanks should be located in a climate controlled area and kept at normal room temperature. I work on a climate where it gets 30 below in the winter. Our lubricant storage room is inside and if we receive a new drum that has been outside we will set it inside overnight before attempting to pump it into the storage tank. A barrel band heater might help with warming the drum but your piping is also going to be cold and may need a heat trace.
