Hi Dian

we run PC8000 and PC 5500 Excavators all on ferrogram, chemical analysis is not consistant, we see PQs of 8000 + and only minimal ferrous wear debris will be found,
sampling is critical to sample the grease from as close to the rolling elements as possible, if you pop us an email we can send an example of a microscope report on 500 ton plus excavator swing bearings
