Anyone of you can share what could impact the test result of air release. We tested same sample but got a result like 9.1 & 4.7. What factor could lead to that big difference?

The amount of disperged air and the size of the bubbles may affect air release test data, providing that all other test requirements/conditions are equal during the testing.
The rule of thumb is: when there are some discrepancies in the results - run a reference (QC) sample and repeat the sample test (preferably on the same sample), while making sure all of the test required conditions are met and maintained during the test.
