I am still not able to digest the fact that how could engines that require API CH-4 run on API-CF oils.I mean in that case what's the need for higher API specs,just use "cure for all ills" API CF synthetic

CH rating is for low sulfur diesel fuel usage.
CF is for higher sulfur diesel fuel. Both are still current standards.
