Hi fellow engineers, i am chief of engineering and i am seeking possible advice. I must choose between several compressors, what are the advantages/disadvantages of a dryer integral to the unit, is it just to save space????? Is it better to take a compressor with a higher working pressure or one with a higher delivery rate, and which one would consume more energy? Which kind of compressor has a lower global cost, this compressor is going to be bought to back up our existing compressor, but with budgets being what they are these days the director would like a full cost report, so any advice is greatly welcome!
