I have to say I'm a fan of the Calcium Sulphonate but usually in heavily loaded wet areas,
Being in the textile Ind speed and whether the grease in affected by wash water or in contact with product could be the deciding factors, the Barium could be better for high speed as the Calcium Sulphonate tends to be very shear resistant, if in the washers I would test both greases with the wash water, Rob S
