Ca 12-Hydroxy based grease required

barium grease has better load/impact protection than CA so maybe you need correct one

Based on your advice and composition info from the 'special' grease MSDS, I have narrowed my choices down to Kluber Isoflex Topas NB 52 and 152. Any tips for choosing between these two?

Kluber is the only Mfg off hand that has a barium if highest load/ompact is your goal use grease with highest base oil viscosity all other things being equal base oil vis will help a lot

The barium grease is poisonous substance.
You can look at the Huskey COOLUBE 65 Grease http://www.huskey.com/ProdInfo/Coolube%2065.pdf for replacement of Kluber Isoflex Topas NB 52. It is Calcium 12 Hydroxy grease.

I stock Calcium 12-hydroxy grease with 5% solid lubricant additives for very high loads and high temperature performance.

It is available in 14.1 oz. tubes and 20kg containers.

Texas Refinery Corp. offers quite a few Calcium 12-Hydroxysterate based greases. Our 880 Crown and Chassis, Moly 880 Crown and Chassis, Polytemp Pressure and Spindle Grease, Millennium 2200, and Special Exposed Gear are all Calcium 12-Hydroxysterate based greases. Another grease to consider would be Paragon 3000. Paragon 3000 is a Calcium/Lithium Complex grease and I think you will find it has some hard to beat spec's.
