Can anyone recommend the best bench testing to determine the tribological properties of a chain lubricant? What testing is considered an industry standard? Thank you in advance.

There are several test like Falex wear testing and Conardon Carbon rsidue testing.

Thank you for responding. The application would be primarily bakery chains. We currently perform Falex and Four Ball, but I was curious to know if there are other tests that we should focus on.

Conardson carbon residue test will be a good test to see the condition of the Lubricant if the chain is working in high temperature or you can have a different test like SRV test if it is working in normal temp as well as high temp as well.
