I wish to hear abou the required cleanliness level (ISO) for Air Fee Compressors.
We have Atlas Copco ZT22.
We'll start oil analysis for these machines and would like to know the recommended cleanliness levels.

Aim at an ISO 18/16/13,
From our microscope experience if the sump runs at this level there will be no dirt or debris worth removing or correcting if this level of cleanness is maintained.

Keep in mind the micron rating of the filters you are using when establishing cleanliness levels.

Actually, you should modify the filters used to those that can obtain your desired target cleanliness. Current filter use should have no influence on desired target cleanliness.
