We have been using EP150 gear lube for lubrication chains in conveyors, or transfer deck applications. These are in sawmill applications where the material is logs or wood. It will provide much better lube qualities with the EP package because it is all metal sliding against metal. The 150 is still light enough to wick into the pins and bushings and if applied with an automated system, the oil film is maintained very nice with little waste, therefore an oil with tacifiers is not needed.
