Diff oil grade for Suzuki Quad

I have a heap of GL-4 but the Quad says GL-5. The viscosity is correct so can I expect problems if I use the 4? It only gets light use.

Suzuki asks for GL-5. It depends a bit on the type of cogs if you can use a GL-4, but I would not take the risk for just 0.65 liters combined for diff and reductions unit.

If you require a GL5, then you should use it.

Toss the GL4 on ebay.
