The result is the foam tendency of your oil, and it is excellent, which means that the antifoam additive package is very balanced and effective. Also, it shows that your system is quite clean. I have seen many such results, although only with new oils. You certainly can check it again, but this time through another lab. You can even ask the same lab to repeat the test but without Option A (vigorously mixing test oil before testing it for foaming which is intended to homogenize the oil and properly disperse antifoam additives in oil). But why bother if you don’t see/have any foaming issues with this oil during operation?

I just wish that our maintenance folks have the same "problem" with their oil. Smile
