Has anybody come across an industrial gearbox lubrication inspection sheet that may include:
Oil level
Oil condition (visual, colour, smell)
Gearbox temperature checks
Noise
Vibration
Breather condition

This is an item which could easily be generated by the user and tailored to fit the needs of the specific site.
I was hoping gearbox manufacturers would have a generic one.
