Grease consistancy

I have been working on formulation of bio-based grease .In lab we have devlope formulation and tested the grease for various parameters.The some formulation is applied to the plant where vessel is made of carbon steel .I am Lithum hydroxide ,12 Hydrxo-steric acid ,vegetable oil in formulation .
The plant batch in consitsaancy.i ma not able to solve the problem .if Any one have information on troubleshoting please reply

Hi Not enough info for a reply that could assist, if you can provide the base oil viscosity, VI index and the application type the grease will be applied to the forum here will be able to assist more, Rob S
