1500HP motor driving a high impact torque process.  We are experiencing frequent issues with our torque limiting device tripping on the initial impact of the material.  The only thing that has changed with the gearbox is that we ran a detergent cleaner through the box then changed oil vendors from an Exxon Mobilgear 600 XP220 to Citgo EP220.  Could there be an issue with this new oil enough to result in tripping of the torque limiting device (Safeset by Voith)?  I suspect the issue would be more so with the process elements downstream of the gearbox but we have done several different things to combat this issue to no avail.  I look forward to any and all input.  Thanks in advance.
