Hey guys, I’ve got to share this ridiculous hiking experience I had last weekend. I was all set to take some amazing photos, so I packed my DSLR, extra lenses, and even a tripod. I thought I was prepared, but halfway up the mountain, I was dying! My backpack felt like it was filled with rocks. By the time I got to the top, I was so worn out that I barely managed to snap a few pics. It was such a bummer, and I realized I need a better way to carry my gear if I’m going to keep hiking.

I went through the same thing until I got the Cotton Carrier camera harness. Seriously, it changed my game. You can carry your camera without feeling weighed down, and it’s super easy to access for those quick shots. I mean, you just clip it on and off you go! You should really look into it; it made my hikes way more enjoyable. Check it out: https://www.cottoncarrier.com/...ad-and-carrying-tool. Trust me, it’s worth it!

I’ve been thinking about all this gear talk, and I actually prefer renting equipment for my hikes. It cuts down on weight, and I get to use lighter cameras that are perfect for the trails. Plus, the rental places usually have awesome tips on the best spots to capture. The last time I went, I rented a compact camera that was super easy to carry, and I didn’t have to stress about lugging around my bulky gear. If you’re looking to lighten your load, renting could be a great option!
