Hi Kaumil,
There are several injection moulder sites where bypass filters are used and the oil flow intake is off the pumps main output, the volume is light so no affect on the moulding machine, the bypass filters return is positioned as far away from the pump intake to try and assist reservoir circulation.

Thanks rttech , bypass Inlet should be on the main pump line always or we can put on return line or chiller line.

I did not catch your post when it when up, the reason the bypass/kidney loop filter is on the main output is to get fluid under pressure to feed the filters, if your set up has it's own pump or there is enough pressure in the lines you use then can be any where with the best system most likely coming off the tank bottom and reinjecting the cleaned fluid on the opposite side assist with tank circulation.
The other area to consider is when you apply a kidney filter system you may remove wear from contamination ingress or fluid degradation so we are inclined to analyse what the filters are removing to ensure all contaminates entering the system are known, thanks Rob S
