Can someone refer me to an authorized ISL Viscometer repair shop? PAC is one we have used in the past and they are not returning phone calls. Karen in Thompson, Texas.

I used Stanco based on this site. I got my unit back and it looks beautiful. Only problem is that it can't run because there is no software dongle for it. Guess I should have asked about that before spending money on the repair.

Anybody know where I can pick up a dongle and software to run this unit? If not, anybody want to buy a beautifully restored unit?
