Hi Enrico,
Not really Enrico the Kluber has a Barium Thickener which reacts differently to a conventional Lithium Thickers, if not a heavily loaded application should be able to change over but you would have to be able to flush grease the Kluber out or remove and wash the bearing out and repack to avoid an incompatibility
If heavly loaded ensure the replacement grease is of good quality,
