Theses limites are generaly given by machines manifacturer, but you can build your own data base, based on a new oil ISO code, a compartement parts clerance, compartment filters efficiency, technical an lab experience.....

Sorry to tell you that to fix limits is not always easy, depend on :
- how the manifacturer is dealing whith you, because some of them don't have all of those values. for chimical analysis it is ok but for metals and specifiquely some kinds of metals it is another story. good news is some of them are working to establish the maximum limites for their equipemts
- kind of equipement
- Experience on oil analysis
- New oil anlysis and limits
- trends analysis
for some équipements it is important to have all limits for other it is better not to take time to do it for all limits
