Hi Pradyumna, If the bearing application has been designed to run on the grease recommended I would be inclined to consider your grease may be becoming contaminated in use, test the expelled grease for contamination and what we have noted when we test grease is if the grease being expelled is dark to black the PCT could be elevated as high as an ISO 22-23 where as a rolling element bearing should be an < ISO 16/13, regards Rob S
