Good Day,
Perhaps this thread could turn into a discussioin on what constitutes "Total Lubrication Management"
I have used that term in the past to be the cradle to grave school of thought where the group responsible would determine the appropriate products to use (lube audit) source the appropriate product (cost considerations) manage the product (warehouse - stock) and deliver product to site and train or use it's own employees to maintain - sample(analyse and interpret recommend action - change, top-up etc the lubricants. So if that is what you are looking for most of the Major lube suppliers Mobil/Exxon - Castrol- Shell etc etc etc. Will provide that service. They mainly prefer to use their own products but the do subcontract (Tier 2-3 suppliers) to provide product and speciality services. What you need to consider is writing up a scope of "Offer of Service" detailing what you expect and require and then to let them fight for your business.
Any thoughts on these comments???
regards......
