Lubrication Implimentation

A co-worker and I have recently received our certification as MLT 1. We are trying to implement a lubrication program at our plant. If anyone could maybe point us in the right direction to start. You could say we DO NOT have a lube program in place (at least one that follows best practices). As a side note we have to sell our lube program to upper management to get the capital to purchase the needed equipment.
