Web site is kind of slow, waited half an hour for it to complete loading and gave up...
I have seen these filters and have no doubt they are very effective at pulling out ferrous based particles with virtually no flow restrictions, but what about other contaminants such as dirt, and non ferrous based metals?
The filter collects nonferrous particles if ferrous ones are present in a process called heterocoagulation
For a passenger car do you place this filter between the full flow filter and the engine?

"If" is unlikely with ICE and from research wear is apparantly higher with clean oil!
MGBV8, does this mean that someone like me, who changes oil at 5000 or even less depending on the driving style and all, can actually be causing more wear than if I'd leave it in for the full 5000 miles all of the time?
