I am new here, but read the posts from time to time. I have a 2,300 mile trip coming up in two days and I have an issue.

I accidentally used one quart of Redline 15w40 diesel with four quarts of Redline 10w40...
I grabbed five bottles from the shelf and did not notice there was a quart of diesel mixed in until I was done and cleaning up.

Now, I have driven about 160 miles since then and now have black soot on the body where the exhaust exits the tailpipe and it was never there before.

Am I just being paranoid or should I change it out before the trip? Can I get away with it till I get to my destination and what the cause of concern be by doing so?

OCI: 3,000 - 5,000 miles

Thanks.
I will change it out after my trip and that will total a minimum of 2,300 miles.

I drive hard so I like to change the fluids often. People try to talk me into extended drains, but after seeing metal on magnetic drain plugs (not mine) of those that go extended and the 3,000 mile OCI, I feel confident I can catch an issue a lot sooner if I change more often than not.
