An employee lubricated a motor bearing with a lithium instead of a polyurea grease-what can happen and is there any remedy?

Based upon the latest Machinery Lubrication magazine article "Recommendations for Mixing Greases" is says that what you have mixed now is incompatible. I would recommend purging the grease as a first step, however it may require a disassembly and cleaning before you can fix the mistake.
