Mobil XHP 222 vs SHC100

I have been using SHC 100 for roller bearing application but I am not satisfied with the performance is Mobil XHP 222 a good alternitive to this synthetic?

Hard to tell.

What is the purpose? speed, RPMs? Environment conditions? low temp, high temp? High load, low load? Working conditions?
