I know of several farmers who swear by it. My brother in law is a cotton farmer and I have a friends in Colorado and Oklahoma who have been using it for 15+ years. Also, I have heard that several oil drilling rigs and windmills use it along with a bypass filter that removes 99%+ water. Rumor has it that certain oil rigs have extended oil drains from 250 hrs to 5000 by monitoring with oil analysis. There is some concern with the chlorinated paraffins but they say that the UOA has high TBN and ISO of better than 16/13. Seems almost too good to be true but ...
I do not know is that stuff same (or even simmilar) one (same name) which has been advertised and used in Europe before (let's say) 15 years. That adittive used to restore "full" engine power. It didn't last too much though, but product was perfect match for car mechanics and (quasi) dealers. They conjured to that product. It allowed them to sell the car (engine, actually) in (virtually) much better condition that it really is. When customer revealed that something is wrong with car - it became late.
