I am a technician we have a hydraulic crawled excavetor machine is breakdown due to no digging force only in arm in & out operation
all pressures are ok.

If your other circuits operate correctly and all are served by a common hydraulic pump you have a cylinder bypassing or circuit relief valves that a bad. These two things come to mind first-a schematic would help.

If your power issue is with the arm only this indicates by pass of port valves or culinder leakage. When you checked the pressure where was the gauge connected, at the pump or at the positive arm port?
