You have to give a lot more information.
- is the motor connected to anything i.e. pump, gear drive, etc.
- is it a newly installed motor?
- Is a new or repaired motor
- What are details about the base
- Have you checked for softfoot
- how was it aligned if aconnected to a driven unit
- is the base cracked - this can be determined by laser alignment and the softfoot readings.
- If connected to a driven unit, what are the readings on that unit
