Non Fluid oil EQ. Company

I just got a portable Grease station on wheels that was made by Non Fluid Oil Eq. Company. It was made in 1988 Model #103. It runs off a 12 volt batt. and golf cart motor. I'm looking for some info. on it. It What kind of grease can be used in it? Are there any manuals out there and are there still parts out there for it.
I looked on the internet and found that Non Fluid Oil had changed hands some time back and that's how I ended up here.
Any help would be great.
