I think that the report do not show realy the oil condition,and the comment is function of the oil contamination.

To get an more compete conclution you need to know a lot more parameters like oil type, hrs engine, hrs oil and more.

Overall it looks to have low wear element content. Be aware that analysis is most likely done by ICP or RDE meaning maximum particle size analysed is 6-8 µm. If you have had recent engine problems you should check oil filters for larger wear debries.
