Our customers ( PIAGGIO 3 whlr) are complaining that they are getting some burnt smell in the oil after few days of use. We are offering 15w/40 cf-4.

Dear Vivek, was your customer use in one unit or as the initial filling? Have you flush the engine before use your oil? I don't have experience or have knowledge with Piaggio 3 wheeler engine, but please make sure your oil spec is meet with the spec recommendation (viscosity and API Spec) from Piaggio.
