From where I have to take a sample for particle count test before the oil filter or after the filter.
surly for the all ather analysis it is necessary to sample before the filtration.

It seems the question answers itself. If you sample before the filter you get oil with particles from lubricating system, after filter most of the particles over filtering limit should be trapped.

In reality I have not found any special recommendation for particle count test. However it seems to me that if we sample before the filter (as we do for wear detection) the information we will have will not be the be the real oil cleanliness in the bearing...the oil in the bearing is more clean and this could lead to changing the oil will the oil film is clean and the lubrication is good.

If your monitoring your system then sample before the filter, if your checking your filtration effeciency then sample after your filter.

I agree, sample must be taken before filter for wear test.
Oil taken after filters might inform you on the filter performance but for sure, test performed on this oil won't be reliable for condition monitoring of wear particles.

The sampling will depend on what you want to know whether you want to monitor the health of the Machinery or the health of your oil.If you are monitoring the health of ypour machinery by oil analysis then it is better to sample it before the filter.

I would suggest taking 2 samples - one before the filter and one after the filter. That way you are monitoring the health of the machine, the health of the oil and the performance of the filter. This will become clear once a number of samples have been taken and readings are trended.
I stongly agree with what Michelle said.Sampling after filter and before filter will give you a clear indication of the things going on.Special care should be taken for sampling because these particle counters re very sensitive.
