PARTICLES BREATHER

Does anybody has a good recommendation about when to change a particle breather (the ones without silica gel). I haven't found any official recommendation, and the best I though was to install a pressure gauge before the breather. Does anybody has any experience with this?

I want to design a partical filter and charcoal filter for glycol filteration for 15 to 20 GPM .prevouisly we have a filter for both types for 10 GPM . so help in this regard for designing and giving hints.
