Does anyone know where I can find these charts. I do my own patch tests and want to find somekind of comparison chart that would give me an ISO code or what type of contamination.

You are likely to have to pay for such information.
You could build up your own data by sending samples to a decent lab(for particle count) to obtain a series of ISO codes to compare with your patch tests, suitably recorded.

Pall has a booklet called "Pocket Booklet" ( I got mine at a trade show)on pages 6-10 they describe how a ISO code compares to a filter patch and Hydac has a wall chart showing the same info.
Agree with previous post, Hydac wall chart is good and has color photo's to compare results.
