The best advice I can give is do the lab work. My organization has been hit hard with product line consolidations due to oil company mergers. Things to consider are the application for the grease, cost effectiveness of changing over and, like you have said, compatability. If the grease is to be replaced with a polyurea then have a lab do a penetration test with various percentages of new and old grease and compare it to 100% of both new and old grease. This test will give you an idea if they are compatable.
