Primary Air Fan

Hi all,

Recently our primary air fan had indicate high vibration around 3.0 mm/s rms overall.. fan speed is 1490 RPM and damper opening around 90%..
When we look into the spectrum, there were harmonics pattern with dominance 4x which is 1.74 mm/s rms.What become my question is where is 4x is coming from? harmonics in spectrum give the idea of there is a looseness happen..can anyone had better idea?

thanks for your effort to help.

our fan bearing type is Dodge Sleevoil bearing. bearing diameter 138.1 mm..lubrication method by oil ring and use water coolant flow..

fan speed is 1490 rpm..fan suction type is ducted,single inlet..

for vib spectrum, i'll be sending to you shortly..
