Report format

Dear all
I am using a lube oil report which is made in an excel sheet which is very difficult to maintain for keeping the entire history of the particular equipment. In my report I can only put last five samples data but I want to keep the full history of the equipment. So is there any software which may help me.

Sadeaque,

Previously, we are using Microsoft Access for Oil Analysis Record Database.
The recent update of this software is able to save picture as attachment also, and it was helping me much.

At present we are constructing database using SQL server and MySQL, so it become web-based, and can be accessed anywhere.

My advise, if you have team to construct the database, i prefer to do so.

But if not, better you ask your laboratory services partner to fulfill your requirement.

We have a software that allows you to import your test results via Excel of CSV and generate PDF reports, trend and manage extensive amounts of data, view program overview graphics, etc.
