Which specific gravity is used for filling automotive lubricants by weight as per standards ( gravity at 15 deg,room temp or at ambient temp) and whether the filling standards differs depend upon the country.If it is then why?

depends of each prodcut they all vary in SG

The standard for Sp Gr is 15 d C.

The problem is that liquids are sold in Lt or Gallons and not by weight. In warmer locations like UAE the volumes measured early morning or ad mid day will differ, as liquids expand due to warming/heat.

On the other hand the weight remains the same through out the day.

Consequently, a temp. correction, for ambient temperature has to be considered.
