These were taken from a steam turbine circulation oil system - 7,000 liters.

trying to find and eliminate the source ... with flushing and cleaning of pipes lines

Just looking at the photos I would ask what type of maintenance actions have been completed recently. The fiber debris looks like the remains of a rag or absorbent pad that is starting to break apart.

or else some of the waste filtering system? - Bollfilter or filter CJC.
We performed all the oil exchange is also performed flushing.
Was not performed Hydroblasting of the oil system.

did any lab can indicate exactly what would these residues? If so, what would be the required test type?
The question now would be to identify exactly where this is coming dirt. Is the tank? Filters? Pipes oil system?
A flow test can be performed on each part of the system to check the situation, which is very laborious.
