does anyone can provide any test method to test above compound in oil? which test method is more prefferable in lubricant field?

The ICP should easily detect colloidal Sulphur,< 10 µm in size, as for chlorine we don't have much experience but could find out and you could check with your oil lab if they have a channel on the ICP for Cl but we are not sure if possible, if of importance come to me on email lab@rttech.com.au and I'll check with the chemist and repost it here as don't get a lot of time check the boards

go XRF,
check out the panalytical website,
its less work with xrf than icp, no sample prep is involved, better results too

ICP can measure kations and metals in their elemental form, but cannot do anions. For measuring anions, one of very useful tools is FTIR.

As far as sulfur goes what level are you talking about? - ASTM has atleast 5 different methods for analyzing sulfur in diesel fuel down to below 15 ppm, down to 0.5 ppm with some techniques. The methods use either XRF, coulometry or combustion/fluorescence.
