This TAN value is too high.
To get confirmation you should check what are the recommendations given by oil manufacturer and by turbine OEM. This is the best way to find right answer. By the way, how often do you check your oil?
I should not have happened that oil reach such high TAN level. Something is wrong with the system (water ingress? lub oil coolers working not properly, etc)
Don't panic

I am monitoring my compressor which using the the same oil. Initial TAN 0.1 mg KOH/g and up to now averagelly constant arround 0.1 - 0.12 mg KOH/g (arround 2 years)

sometime, my laboratory creating error report also.

* Re-confirm your result by taking another sample
* Refer to ASTM D 6224, put warning on TAN reading, if the result is exceeding 0.2 or 0.3 from the initial TAN

See if there any other correlating data that would possibly support the increase in TAN - i.e. viscosity, water contamination, increase in oxidation level, oil color becoming darker, etc.

Was fresh oil recently added to the system?

If no - ask the lab to re-test the TAN. If confirmed, then re-sample at a reduced interval and monitor supporting data.
One other thing to check is Cross Contamination...we recently had a issue where a customer in the Middle East had a huge jump in TAN and we found that they had cross contaminated there oil re-fill system with a rust preventive.

Look inside the reservoir and above the fluid level if you see a colored build up around or above the fluid level.

Hope this helps....
Normally ,turbine manufacturer recommended that the limit of acid number of turbine oil in comparison with new oil should not greater than 0.5. My question is that if turbine oil has acid number higher than + 0.5 mgKOH from new oil while others properties such as viscosity, wear content , cleanliness are remained within normal range, we still can use it or not.if no, why we need to change oil? when compare with crackcase oil, we can use it until TAN is higher than + 2.5 from new
