somebody have a reference for the thickness film for a sae 30 and sae 40. how is the difference in Microns?
if OEM recommend Sae 40 but we put SAE 30 synthetic, what is expect effect in the engine?

Contact the OEM. Only the individual manufacturers know their engines, and should know why they recommend one oil over the others.
The answer you are seeking requires serious and extensive testing and expertise, which, I guess, no one on this board have accomplished.
Also, just simply mentioning use of “synthetic” oil doesn’t mean much, because there are many different synthetic oils which behave differently at various operating temperatures.

Pressurised Journal Bearing is stated to have 100µm oil film clearance but when working in the field,
The MTU V20 4000HP 4 stroke has a Journal Bearing oil film clearance of < 5 µm and we find wear particles with surface markings that indicate particles sized 2 µm can mark engine journal bearings.
The top side of the engine,
Cam lobes have an oil film < 2 µm,
Piston Ring to Bore could be a small as 0.01 µm oil film clearance on the ignition stroke.
The change from a mineral oil base ISO 150 to a synthetic base ISO 100 should increase the apparent viscosity and the oil film clearance a little @ the operational temperature so I would expect there would be no detrimental affect to the engine,
