I was denied repair by toyota & then i sent all documentation to the third party evaluator around the midle of august 2008. I have not heard anything from the third party to date jan /05/2009,how can i find out what the status of my claim is?I have not been able to drive my car sence nov of 2007 this is not right what can i do?

In my country you can also take an insurance for lawsuits and lawyer costs. You might want to investigate your possibilities.

In such a case like yours I also strongly advise you to take legal steps.
