Is anyone aware of any avalible lubrication trainging in Japan that I can procure for my Japanese employees?

I am unsure about training seminars in Japan except for Noria's online training. I have partaken in this online training and found it very beneficial. It is much cheaper than sending employee's to these training seminars. You have access to the training website (for the purchased training class)for one full year. This gives the employee's the opportunity to go back from the field and refresh their memories. You may obtain group rates. I am implementing a program at my workplace and plan on making this a requirement for all lubrication employee's. The only issue may be computer literacy or computer access.
It is worth the time to investigate.
